  Wow, thanks for posting that...although there's no possible way I'll get to go to LA, I'm sure I could find a way to see at least some of those films...a lot of them look really cool :)

    Konjanik (the horseman) looks intriguing to me.
    
    A great book about Bosnia is "Bosnian Chronicles" by Ivo Andric. It deals with all these various empires clashing up against each other. Serbs, Croats, Slavic Muslims, French, Austrians, Ottomans.
    
    One historian called the border between Croatia and Bosnia "an historical fault line."
